Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

        Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

        Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST). Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

        Peak Times: During sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Backorders may require 4–6 weeks to process. We appreciate your patience. 


2. Shipping (U.S. Only)

At this time, True Locks only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.


3. Delivery Times

        Carrier: We use USPS Priority Mail for most orders.

        Estimated Transit Time: 2–7 business days (after processing).
 Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and USPS service.


4. Shipping Costs

        Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99

        Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all apparel orders and to orders over $50.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to monitor delivery through the USPS website.

If you don’t receive a tracking email or have trouble locating your package, please email us at contact@mytruelocks.com.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

        Lost or Stolen: Once USPS marks a package as delivered, we are no longer responsible for it. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

        Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

        Your full name and order number

        Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
 Send your email to contact@mytruelocks.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
